Your use of 5 Star Processing Services and Products is subject to these terms, without animosity to any additional terms which may be part of an agreement specific to the service you wish to avail of. Your agreement with 5 Star Processing will always include at a minimum, term and conditions set out in this document. 5 Star Processing does not sell its own products or services but act as a ligature to the other service providers.

Accepting the Terms

5 Star Processing shall collaborate with customers/clients through Form on their website. By clicking a button or checkbox on a website, you accept and agree to the term and conditions, where this option is made feasible to you by 5 Star Processing in the user interface for any offering. In order to use the offering, you must first concede to the term and conditions. You may not use the offering if you do not accept the term and conditions.

3. You acknowledge and agree that if 5 Star Processing mutilate access to your account or login route, you may be prevented from accessing the offering, your account details or any files or any other content which is accommodate in your account.

4. You acknowledge and agree that 5 Star Processing may stop providing the offerings to you or to the users generally at 5 Star Processing Sole discretion.

5. You acknowledge and agree that while 5 Star Processing may not currently limit your use of the offering in any way, it may do so if that use hinders with the ability of 5 Star Processing to carry on its operations or the ability of other customers to use the offering.

User Name & Password

As the part of the 5 Star Processing registration process, you will create a username and password for your 5 Star Processing account. You must choose a reasonably descriptive username that clearly catalog you or your business. In addition, your password should not contain any info about you that is easily available or identifiable by the third party. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and the 5 Star Processing Account. Licence from 5 Star Processing

1. 5 Star Processing gives you a non-exclusive licence to use the software provided to you by 5 Star Processing as part of the offering as provided to you by 5 Star Processing. This licence is for the sole purpose of facultative you to use and enjoy the benediction of the offering as provided by 5 Star Processing in the manner permitted by these term and conditions.

2. You are entitled to commercially exploit, either directly or by sale or transfer commercially or profit from the offering and products.

Ending your relationship with 5 Star Processing

1. The term and condition to apply until terminated by either you or 5 Star processing as set out below.

2. 5 Star Processing may at any time, terminate its legal agreement with you if – you breached any provision of the terms or is required to do so by law.

3. When these terms come to an end, all of the legal rights, obligations and liabilities that you and 5 Star Processing are subject to in relation to the obligations to maintain opiate or such other legal rights, obligations and liabilities which are expressed to continue indefinitely shall be unaffected by this cessation.

Changes to the Terms

1. 5 Star Processing may make changes to the term and conditions from time to time. The same will be communicated to you, on the website of 5 Star Processing by email for which you shall have to indicate your approval within 15 days. When these changes are made, 5 Star Processing shall make the amended copy of the term and conditions available in an accessible location.
